About Carmen
For 13 years I’ve called Southeast Louisiana home, where I spend my free time with three dogs, tending to plants, and enjoying a great glass of wine.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and have dedicated my career to the hospitality industry- a passion that began at age 12 in my family’s Mississippi café.
Hospitality is second nature to me, and I take pride in bringing people together through great food and service.
You’ll find that I’m always available for communication and whatever you have in mind, we will make it happen!

Our company solves the limitations that most clients face with Per Person pricing for Buffet & Bar Service.
We are also incredibly accommodating and will allow our clients to provide as much on their own as they would like to satisfy their budget.
I work closely with my potential clients to provide quantities of the items they choose that will match their guest’s needs AND THEIR BUDGET.
There are no per person package boxes that I put our clients in.
If your event has a significant number of older or younger guests, that will be taken into consideration when pricing your servings needed.
